By using Elsabe2 Marketing services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide digital marketing, business development, creative production, and tech solutions. Each service is subject to a separate agreement defining scope, pricing, and timelines.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project contract. An advance payment may be required before work begins. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
We retain intellectual property rights to all our work until full payment is received. After payment, agreed-upon rights transfer to the client.
5. Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared by clients and will not disclose it to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of services paid.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed until the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Cairo courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
